Release wax is a paste-like chemical release agent with wax as the main component. Its core function is to form a uniform, low-surface-energy film by coating it on the mold surface, enabling easy separation of composite products from the mold. At the same time, it can improve the surface finish of the products. It is widely used in composite material molding (such as hand lay-up, vacuum bagging, and compression molding processes), and is especially suitable for complex curved surface molds and high-precision products.
