Carbon fiber twill

Carbon fiber satin fabric is an important type of carbon fiber woven fabric, crafted using a satin weave structure (where either the warp or weft yarn floats longer with fewer interlacings). It is formed by the regular interweaving of carbon fiber warp and weft yarns. Its primary function is to balance the bidirectional mechanical properties of composite materials, their ability to conform to complex curved surfaces, and their smooth surface finish—making it the preferred reinforcement material for components in high-end equipment, sports gear, and other fields where precision molding and aesthetic appeal are critical.
